Ingredients – at roomtemperature (for à 4 persons)

0,11lbs olive butter or margarine + small amount to grease the iron

0,14lbs sugar

0,66lbs Protira Naturel or at your choice (gluten free)

or 0,33lbs Protira and 0,33lbs self-rising flour

1 sachet baking powder

1 sachet vanilla sugar

12,32fl oz/14,08fl oz plant based milk (depends on your choice of milk)

In addition

Hand blender, iron or mini pancakes, pastry bag, brush to grease the pan

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients to a smooth dough without lumps. Pour the dough in the pastry bag and fill the baking tins. Bake the pancakes in the iron until they have a golden brown colour.
