Chocolate macaroons

Ingredients (for à 18 macaroons)

0,27lbs gradded coconut

0,04lbs cane sugar (or along preferences)

1 sachet baking powder

0,14lbs olive butter or margarine in pieces

0,39ls-bs Protira (choco coconut) + 6 table spoons water

1 sachet vanilla sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven at 175°C.

Put 0,05lbs of the coconut aside.

Mix the rest of the coconut with the sugar and the baking powder in a big bowl and blend wel.

Add the olive butter or the margarine and blend until smooth.

Then add the Protira, the water and the vanilla extract in the bowl and blend until you have a crumbly dough.

Make little balls of the dough. Press well.

Roll the balls through the coconut.

Put them on the baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.

Let cool down.
