Put the Protira, the baking powder, the salt and the sugar in a bowl. Add the milk and the oil and blend. Leave for 5 minutes.
Grease a frying pan with the sunflower oil and warm up on medium heat. Pour 1 table spoon batter per pancake in the pan. When you use a big frying pan, you can prepare multiple pancake at the same time. Bake the pancake until you see air bubbles at the top.
Twist the pancakes and bake the other side. Keep the pancakes warm.
Prepare the chocolate sauce. Heat the cream and the white chocolate in a small pan on a low heat. Stir now and then until the chocolate has melted. Take the pan away from the heat and stir the vanilla extract. Pour the sauce over the pancakes.
